Her aptitude for crafting systems out of chaos is a natural talent. Leaving her native Russia for the USA at the age of 17, she studied computer programming, working in the field after graduation, surviving and thriving during the hysteria that was Y2K.

Shortly after the Millennial Madness had come and uneventfully gone, Tatiana had her first child. When it was time for her to return to work, she accepted a position with a large insurance company. While she loved creating systems and finding ways to make things flow, the corporate culture was decidedly not something she jived with. When the department closed four years later, she accepted the buyout with a giant sense of relief. Freedom!

Changing track, she passed her real estate license, immersing herself in the property world. Her innate ability to find the right solution for her clients helped her quickly succeed in the fast-moving industry. Then, the 2008 economic crash hit and the real estate bubble burst, Tatiana shifted gears back to Fortune 100 companies but this time, as a consultant, creating productivity systems to streamline daily operations, freeing management to focus on higher-level strategies rather than be bogged down in the weeds of simple tasks.

And then, it happened. Tatiana discovered the world of entrepreneurship and she’s never looked back. It began innocently enough – some friends asked her to help them with their small business. Working through their backend setups,  she quickly realized that entrepreneurs were overlooking a crucial key to their success – systems! No wonder small business owners were exhausted and stuck. 

Tatiana offers custom-designed systems as well as a number of off-the-shelf products to help solopreneurs create a once-and-done set of systems so they can focus on their zone of genius while their systems take care of the daily minutiae.
